Do credits expire?
No. Your credits stay on your account until you use them. No monthly reset.
What counts as one message?
You send a message, Maya replies — that's 1 credit. If Maya sends a follow-up message as part of the same response, that's still 1 credit total. Images cost 3 credits because they require more to generate.
What if I run out mid-conversation?
Maya will let you know and you can buy more instantly. Your conversation history is saved — pick up right where you left off.
I have a billing issue.
Contact us before filing any dispute with your bank. We resolve legitimate issues directly and quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first are considered fraudulent under our purchase agreement.
Is my payment information secure?
We don't store your card details. All payments are processed by our payment processor on their secure servers. We only receive a transaction confirmation.
